Tesoro Realty Inc. can assist one employee or coordinate your group move anywhere in the United States or coordinate your relocation to Cincinnati as an independent 3rd party working as a consultant on your behalf. Tesoro Realty Relocation has a professional affiliation with Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and the relocation coordinator is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP™). We can assist in the on-going management, sale, and purchase of real estate and offer the following services:
- Coordination and consulting for corporate group moves.
- Assist in selection process of broker/agent for transferee(s).
- Oversee Broker/Transferee relationship.
- Consult on local relocation moves in Greater Cincinnati.
- Certified Property Manager on staff.
What is a Certified Relocation Professional?
The Certified Relocation Professional (CRP™) program is an advanced real estate designation offered through Worldwide ERC® (Employee Relocation Council) and designed to recognize relocation real estate industry professionals. A major purpose of the program is the achievement of a common and universal understanding of the entire employee relocation field and recognition of those professionals who demonstrate mastery.
The CRP™ designation formally recognizes those who have mastered extensive knowledge on the principles and practices of relocation. It is earned by the passage of a comprehensive three-hour, multiple-choice exam and two or more years of corporate relocation-related experience. Every three years the CRP™ designation must be renewed in conjunction with continuing education certification. In addition to the continuing education the CRP™ must maintain membership in good standing with Worldwide ERC®.
ERC members who have obtained the CRP™ designation are looked on by peers as experts in real estate relocation for residential home sales, valuation, residential property management and corporate group moves. The program has been called the MBA of the relocation industry.
