Welcome to Tesoro Realty Inc. I’d like to introduce myself, Tim Agnello, real estate broker and owner. As a licensed real estate broker (agents must work under a licensed broker) I have 20+ years experience that I can put to use for you in residential sales, commercial real estate, and property management.
I have sold millions of dollars worth of real estate. I have assisted transferees and sold residential real estate for Procter & Gamble, General Electric, General Motors, and Kraft Foods. I also sold and was responsible for managing real estate for a national bank. Further, I hold a corporate relocation designation that few agents in Cincinnati have. The designation was awarded by the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (composed of mostly fortune 500 companies) called the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP™). Corporations sometimes seek out agents with this designation to represent them when selling and buying homes. Further, if you are looking for investment property I hold an advanced designation, Certified Property Manager (CPM®), from the Institute of Real Estate Management that shows that I have the experience and training to manage, analyze and advise you on investment, multi-family property, commercial, or industrial property.
My appraisal experience can assist you in setting an asking price or obtaining a property at a fair price as I have been involved in numerous real estate valuations for third parties and have completed appraisals (in house) for a national bank. As your agent I can work in your behalf. You will have full marketing efforts and exposure through internet advertising, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), LoopNet (commercial sales and leasing), and local newspaper advertising.
